What guests loved:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Around the corner were some wonderful restaurants and cafes and it wasn’t too far of a walk to the main tourist area.

Friendly staff who showed caring and helpfulness on all questions to facilitate our visit to Athens as tourists. Breakfast was awesome - yummy and plenty 👍

Areas for improvement:

Was hoping for a queen-size bed as requested, but had a two twin bed pushed together - having the gap in between.

The hotel is very clean, the room was spacious, and the beds very comfortable. Staff were very helpful! The breakfast was good, not outstanding, but had a decent variety to suit varying tastes.

Areas for improvement:

The location is not the best as it is 15 minutes walk from the closest Metro Station and not the best area to walk.

Nice hotel, good breakfast and friendly staff. The rooftop restaurant is a MUST, specialty at night, with a great view of the Parthenon.

I would say the buffet staff. They should be welcoming with a happy smile. feel the guests comfortable.

breakfast was decent, if I have to say something for improvement, maybe change the variety a bit every 2 or 3 days we had 3 breakfast, not see much change of the food.
